Project Features:

• Commercial plot of 20,000 m2 net which includes the development of a 4 star hotel resort.
• Registered in the Land Registry of Jávea duly within a PAI (integrated action plan) that will be approved.
• The land is sold free of charges and encumbrances, mortgages, current taxes and municipal taxes.

The Nest Boutique Hotel consists of 56 rooms out of them 12 suites, the rooms have an average of 35m2 and the suites 70m2, the total project covers an area of 20,000m2. Its thought to be a 4 star luxury resort with a residential flair, with a homely feel even if you stay for one month.

Its a complete south facing resort and just 3.5 km away from the beach of Jávea and just 1 km away from the Jávea Golf course. The project has been designed under a model and a philosophy of the Mediterranean Luxury, a mix between Ibiza-Formentera-Javea with a little bit of Blakstad architecture using a lot of wood and round corners at the walls, creating a green and sustainable atmosphere.

The idea is to give the clients that stay all the services within the complex, including gastronomy, health, environment and space, the bars and disco will provide the perfect after dinner fun. The site will also boast a recording studio to attract artists from all around Europe to record and produce their music here and be able to play it and give prime small concerts for their presentations.The photographic studio will cover the needs of many record labels, presentations and weddings, Jávea is becoming lately a very popular place to get married and from May to October specially with Spanish people from all around Spain, so the hotel and all services will cover all the needs of newly weds and family.

ARENAL BEACH

Arenal is the main beach area with many restaurants and shops along the seafront of Javea. This is a wide sandy beach with shallow waters ideal for young children and lots of facilities such as volleyball, windsurfing and beach bars. Monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol.

Behind the beach is a pedestrianised promenade lined with bars and restaurants offering everything from live bands to traditional restaurants. There is a small fair for the children in the summer months with rides, trampoline and go-karts. The promenade is a great place for a stroll in the evening and only a short drive from the Javea holiday rental villa.

This is the place where you can eat tapas, paella but also international cuisine. The great thing about Javea is the choice of the three very different parts. It’s almost like visiting a theme park and entering different worlds!

JÁVEA PORT

Many people’s favourite area of Jávea this has a fascinating charm factor hard to define. Traditional whitewashed houses surround the bay. Watch the fishermen bring in their fresh catches or watch the sailing boats set off from the marina. Eat at the fantastic seafood restaurants.

There are also many good boutiques, shops, bars and cafes – it’s bustling with activity. The Port area of Jávea has a real traditional Spanish feel. This is an area where locals live and work in harmony with the tourist elements.

The landmark of the Port area is the church of Our Lady of Loreto with a roof which imitates the hull of a ship. Between the Port area and the main Arenal beach are rocks perfect for exploring and in the summer this stretch is lined with beach bars.

HISTORIC OLD TOWN

There is the traditional Old Town of Jávea where you can wander down ancient narrow streets and visit the local market on a Thursday. Built with original Tosca sandstone it’s rich in medieval history. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of Jávea’s town. This building dates back to the 15th century. At the side of the church is a beautiful building which houses the indoor market, where you can buy local fresh produce daily.

The occuation rate in Javea for the last 4 years, not counting COVID period has been increasing till the 84% all year average being from June till October a 100% occupation. Javea needs desperately hotel to cover the actual and future needs and the town hall is very willing to help and facilitate a nice hotel resort project escaping from commercial designs looking to maintain the mediterranean spirit of Javea and
