Having lived and worked in Spain for over 35 years both Dale and Gary have built a network of professionals throughout Spain and have an excellent understanding of the culture and way of life.
I am self directed and highly motivated, with over 25 years of successful management experience. Being able to apply myself creatively to new challenges and respond well to pressure enables me to complete projects within budget and in a timely fashion. I constantly strive to improve the customer experience through open communication and transparency.
Passionately striving towards constant improvement. Excellent leadership, organisation, and people management skills. Establish quality and financial operational standards to produce positive impact on all projects and ensure that works are carried out in compliance with the latest structural drawings. Coordinate high-level monitoring and reporting on progress against predetermined time, cost, quality, specifications and service standards to delivery.
